I will try to answer your questions, I am not an expert in all these
subjects; my background is in data base design and business software.
See below my responses to your questions.   First you must define the
scope of your project, set specific goals for the design.   Do not make
broad statements, be very detailed.  The goals should not be open to
interpretation; they should be clear and have the same meaning to all
who see them.  I'm still not clear what you mean by " I need Pandorabots
chatbot hosting system to design a home food production system for my
house?"
Give examples.   Let's pretend I am the AI bot.  What things would you
say to me, and what would you want me to say back to you?   Lets define
what is going on in the Kitchen, One cook, many cooks?  A continuious
restaurant type operation coordinating which meals go to which
customers, and depending on the complexity of the dishes, served up in
which order for maximum efficiency.  Track usage of supplies?  Track
which dishes are cooking on which stove, and for how long?

design industry plant?  1)  I think you can use the Chatbot AI engine as
an 'expert system' and command interface using speech to text software.
2)  To create an AI that could design 'industry plant' would be a huge
undertaking that even a company like IBM would find very difficult.
