Part 1 -> Table 2.1 - xs:base64, xs:Binary
Gurus, On a very close scrunity of table 2.1 in Part 1, I observe that the primitive datatype xs:base64Binary is wrongly put in as two separate non-existant primitive datatypes - xs:base64 and xs:Binary.
I positively recommend this fix before PR.
