Howdy In searching for a new cylinder head I found the following web site: http://www.cmsnl.com/yamaha-ys624tm-snow-blower-1988_model9437/partslist/ They are located in the Netherlands. From their web site it looks like they have a lot of parts they do not have in the US. BRBman

This is a followup to my previous post about getting Parts. I ordered a new cylinder head for my YS-624T from http://www.cmsnl.com/ in Europe. They have a lot motorcycle parts but also parts for Yamaha Snowblowers. I ordered a new cylinder head and gasket and they both arrived in about 10 days. Total cost with shipping and duty was just over $100 US. I spent yesterday (Sunday July 26) removing and installing the new head. Much better than working in the middle of winter in the cold garage. It took a couple of hours including cleaning up the piston top but the rest of the replacement went fine. After getting it all back together and adding a little gas to the tank it took about 5 or 6 pulls to get it to fire up. I ran it for about 10 minutes and then shut off the fuel and let it run off. Ran like a champ like it always has. So now I have my soon to be 22 year old workhorse back and will be ready for some more of the winter weather we get here in Western New York. If you can't fine the part you need here in the states try www.cmsnl..com. They have a good supply and are good to work with. Thanks BRBman
