Patch for PPC-32

Good morning Paolo,

I attach below a patch containing two bug fixes for PPC. 

1) The first is related to a compilation problem with a recent gcc version. Fixed by simply adding more casting.

2) The macros for push/pop on PPC were using incorrect offsets. 

PS/The x86_64 works great for me now! With the patches sent in the past weeks, everything works!
