Patch for mailgraph integrating css formatting

Hello,
On my Debian Etch servers Apache2 is configured so that serving css files from the cgi-bin directory doesn't work therefore
the script's formatting doesn't look as intended. Because mailgraph.css was so short I added the formatting code to the main script.
Here's the short patch agains 1.14 if anybody else is interested.

ps. If somebody needs I also have the same patch for the 1.14g2 (greylisting) version..

Oops, I see that the mailing list engine removed the patch and replaced
it with a download link that doesn't work for some reason. You can find
the patch from the following url instead:
