Patch for new ContentDecorator

HI All

Please find attached a patch for a new ContentDecorator which allows
you to add a user-configurable suffix to every blog post. We're using
this to automatically add stuff like the SyntaxHighlighter scripts, a
link to twitter and so on. You can include the blog title, author,
permalink etc. in the HTML as described in the plugin description, so
it could be used as a configurable replacement for the
SocialBookmarkDecorator.

Patch applies against 2.6.2, hope it proves useful. Any questions

Thanks for this Mike, I've applied the patch to the 2.6-stable branch
as well as trunk. I also added your name to the contributors list
(which will be updated on the website next time I release pebble).
