Patch for read_table_A.pl: Plugwise support

Hello,

I'm writing a new module for adding Plugwise hardware support to  
misterhouse through xPL.

I have a patch for read_table_A.pl so that it understands the syntax  
that is used in items.mht to describe plugwise devices.

Could someone please review this patch and add it to the repository?

The module itself is still in alpha state, but to be able to  
distribute it for testing, it would be nice if the read_table_A.pl  
would already support it.
