Patch to build against boost 1.40

Hi all,

this contains a small patch to correspond to the relocation of the
boost/pfto.hpp header file. This should work for all Boost versions
from 1.37 on. In Boost 1.40 the header file was finally remove from
its old position.

The patch is quite simple and shouldn't really cause any problems.

As they say on the OIIO lists, LGTM!  (looks good to me)  Commit away.
