Patch to fix 630 English typos in documentation

Hello,

The attached patch fixes 630 English spelling typos in 198 documentation files.

It is not comprehensive. For instance, the automated spell checking
was limited to verify only lowercase words. During my manual
verification I also discarded some changes.

The typos were originally extracted from R13B01 documentation, but
I've updated the patch to apply to R13B02, and manually verified it
again.
