Paul Smith and Jay Shroff (OBDPros LLC) -- seeking information

Dear List,

Back in the summer of 2005, I posted a project description on this forum
(for an OBD to PC interface). Jay Shroff responded to the solicitation and
was eventually hired on as a consultant. In recent months, some new
information came to light and my company is considering bringing a claim
agains Jay Shroff and OBDPros LLC (which he founded).

If you can provide any information about OBDPros LLC, Jay Shroff, or Paul
Smith, I would really appreciate it if you could contact me off-list at
