I'm getting this error when I try to connect in any way (connect, update, commit, etc) to our HTTPS SVN server from outside our network. I've never had this problem before; connections inside the network all work fine, connections outside the network all work fine (excepting this), and connections through a web browser all work fine (inside and outside the network).
I can find nothing wrong in the Apache logs (password mismatch, etc), and the system works fine for other users. We are running Subversion 1.5.4 and using SmartSVN 6.0.7
Could this be a firewall problem on the client end? If so, why would it work for the web browser requests, but not the SmartSVN requests?
I've been having trouble finding info on what this error means and what could cause it, so any help would be appreciated
