Phone Stumbling in S60 3er edition

Hello I was trying to do follow "Phone Stumbling HOWTO Guide" but I've
found that the Servers application (placelab.sis), only work for the
outdated S60 2.0 and does not installs in 3 edition series.
I develop only in J2ME but if i can get the placelab.sis source code I
could try to compile it to work in Series 60 3 edition.

Please where can I find the sourcecode for placelab.sis? I've
downloaded the S60 versions and source code of Java application is
inside but I haven't found the C code of placelab.sis.

Please tell me if somebody is porting to version 3, or if I can try to
do it, what I have to do, (download the source code) and then I
suppose than suscribe to developers list and get some help ;-)
