Phone line problems

Hi ~
Anyone having phone problems up here?  clicking noises or getting knocked 'off line' alot?

I just called ATT....and he thought it may be crossed lines, and they can't check it out until Mar 4.  It is possible it is at my house, with the box buried in snow...who knows?  
I just want to do the process of elimination to see if it is in town, at the phone bldg, or just my problem.

My network is getting messed up everyday, and the DSL speed is lower than it usually is.
