Picard 0.12beta2 needs testing

Hi,

I've uploaded Picard 0.12beta2 to http://users.musicbrainz.org/~outsidecontext/picard/.

It's mainly a release to test the fingerprinting on Windows, which kept crashing on a lot of files in 0.12beta1. This is a new build which should fix those crashes. Please test it with your files and report any crashes you find on http://bugs.musicbrainz.org.

Despite the updated fingerprinting this release includes new application icons created by Carlin Mangar. The new icons are available in different sizes and look much better on modern operating systems then the old 32 pixel icon did. Thanks to Carlin for his great work.
