Could someone please verify that this is a bug?

* Go to this URL: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_Mugabe
* Hit ">" until you get to the header "The outcome of the run-off election"
* Notice how ">" will not get you any further.

I just tried this and I had no problem scrolling the entire article. I
tried on a few different sizes of the Conkeror window, plus narrow and
wide, and they all worked.

BUT, if I used a conkeror window 636x508, I notice that on that
particular node "The outcome of the run-off election", the page scrolls
to the right to align the left of Conkeror with the left of the
paragraph, whereas no other node before had done this. Although, I am
still able to scroll using ">". This behavior is not seen at 636x1020.

I've noticed this problem quite a few times on different Wikipedia
pages and it's really bugging me.
