Oliver & Changi: please upgrade community, dev & doc sites to Tiki4

themes.tw.o:  Gary needs to upgrade, but can't because of a blocker
bug.  Gary : can you describe the bug?

Everyone: please brace yourselves!   It's going to bumpy for a week or
so. This hurts but it's the best way to shake the bugs.

Another problem is that when a theme + theme option are set as the site
default, and then another theme (which has no theme option) is set for
an object or category, the site default theme option is also applied to
the object or category. (So at themes.tw.o, if Strasa + Cool option are
set as site default as at the other *.tw.o sites, on theme demo page
"Coelesce",  the Cool header background and other Cool styles show up,
mixed with the Coelesce theme.)

This isn't a blocker exactly, but does get in the way of giving
themes.tw.o the same look as the other sites.

Woof!

I see this wish is assigned to LPH currently but it's "on my list" too  
(along with other theme options bits to finish off, like theme by  
object etc).

If LP gets to it first that's good too - i have loads of stuff to do  
today, then travelling until Monday (Montreal - so see you then!)

On community, doc, dev and themes:

I activated error messages
I changed the theme to strasa fixed_width (except themes, which needs
an upgrade first)

Changi, Oliver & Gary: please upgrade the sites about once a day so we
may be agile about testing bug fixing and catching any regressions.

Soon, we'll upgrade profiles and info!
