Pluto Installation

I tried to install Pluto1.1.6 using Maven.

It end up in an error: Error loading supplemental data models: String index out of range: -1.
I am attaching the Maven settings.xml and output of mvn -e install command.

Please help me in installing.  Thanks in advance.
