Possible lose of text when writing a list

Hi!

start, click on text or label.
click on canvas, type "some text", hit enter, click on save.
Type "more text" hit enter. See how the Save button is disabled.
Type "even more text" hit enter. See how the Save button is still
disabled.
Type "some uncommited text" but don't hit enter.
Click on open or new and start a different draw: Notice that you are not
asked about saving even if there are commited text, so you lose it.

Type a letter, notice too that the uncommited text magically appears in
the new drawing plus the letter you typed.

Should each typed letter trigger the "unsaved" state in the draw?
Or just set to unsaved when commiting the text? (enter or tab)

Is the uncommited text in the new draw for some special reason or is a
bug?

Does this happens too in the last release?
If so, should we warn about it in the known issues page?

Yours
Pere

Thinking on it, if you want to save too the uncommited text, somewhat
like print does, each typed letter should trigger. A patch is in cvs.

I am still in doubt here...
