Potential Tagging Bug

With SmartCVS 6 (not tried in 7 yet)

1) Pull a repository with a Tag.

2) Select a file and select Modify -> Remove

3) Attempt to Commit Change

(This command fails, since the tag is not a branch)

4) Advanced -> Change Sticky Tag, then select remove sticky tag.

5) Attempt to Commit the Change

After this step, the commit appears to work but instead of the file
being removed from the trunk, as was intended, the tag is removed from
the file.

This behavior has occurred on our project a number of times.  Is this
the intended behavior?
