Powered wheelchairs with Seat raiser and tilt.

I am looking for a reasonably priced Paediatric powered wheelchair that has a power tilt and seat raise facility. This is without straying into Class 3 territory . We have considered an Invacare Spectra , but this is not available in childrens sizes. Has any one come across this sort of problem.
