Prevents forwards to unknown Servers

Hello,

I want to prevent ingo to make forwards to domains outside my  
organistion.

For example:
If a user wants to make a forward to user@...  should  
ingo deny this request whit a message
like "Forward(s) just allowed to myhomedomain.com".

Is there a best practice for this?

Not yet. A patch that adds a hook for that purpose, similar to the  
address hook for vacation notices, would be great though.
