I have recently done one by manually screen grabbing the structure window, scrolling and grabbing again and then pasting all the images together. Ortwin its easy to achieve if you speak German. The google translator does a poor(or should i say hilarious) job with irony and comedy..so it ends up sounding like an old Swiss German I met in Basle who gave me guided and detailed tour of that city..except he spoke no english and i could only manage 'zwei hamburger mit casse bitte' and a few other phrases. (its all in the detail!) a helpful hint- to implement Ortwin's method
