Thank you everybody for help.
Now I understand better how Maven commands work. The solution for my
problem happened to be very trivial: I had Jforum source directory
underneath sakai-src directory and tried to compile everything together
(it did not work as we could see). I removed Jforum directory and got
'BUILD SUCCESSFUL' for 'maven bld dpl' command. After this I placed
Jforum source back under sakai-src and ran build again; it worked this
time as well.
