Problem in starting of Shark Admin Server

Dear Sir,

I have downloaded the Enhydra Shark Open Source Workflow exe (tws-community-2.3-1.setup.exe) from your site and installed it successfully at my system (My OS is Window XP).

But when I try to start the Admin Shark Server it gives me errors and closed the swing frame of admin server as I put the user name and password. I have enclosed the error screen shot with this mail.

Could you please assist me to run the admin shark server?

Actually I want to evaluate the workflow features of Enhydra shark. Your cooperation would be highly appreciated.
