Problem on running Find Bugs on command line

Hi,

I am new in using Find Bugs. Just now I downloaded Find Bugs 1.1.3. I am running Find Bugs on command line.
I am running the below command and it is always giving Usage : findBugs [general options]....

Can any one correct me whether I miss anything on the command that I am executing

findbugs -textui -sortByClass -xml:withMessages -outputFile D:\AuditProject\AuditTools\JavaSource\FindBugs.xml -auxclasspath D:\AuditProject\AuditTools\WebContent\WEB-INF\classes -sourcepath D:\AuditProject\AuditTools\JavaSource

I really appreciate anyhelp on this.
