Problem with (i suppose) temporary / cached app

Hi!

I'm working with a standalone version of red5, and all works fine but, sometimes when i start the service, server runs an older version of my app. This is, i make some changes in the application, I try it, works fine, but if i restart the computer or the server sometimes  runs the lattest version and sometimes the old one.
I have only one app running in the server, and i have only the lattest compiled files in the server.

Coud someone tell me what is happening??
