Problem with Retrieveuserdata plugin

Dear Expert,
                    I have installed Retrieveuserdata plug-in to fetch
user information from ldap server that is working fine but after this
when i click on any other link under options i get the following error
:-

Please let me know what is wrong with the installation ..

Next time, you should bump the same thread instead of starting a new
one.  You got responses on your other, newer thread (for sake of the
list archives).
