Problem with latest code - jetty.home set incorrectly?

Dear all
           I got the following problem:
The code computes the value of jetty.home as

INSTALL_DIR/main/etc/jetty.xml

however, the file jetty.xml lives at
INSTALL_DIR/binaryrelease/etc/jetty.xml

Am I missing something?

I mean right now I am creating an etc dir under main and copying the jetty.xml there - however, wondering if
this could be some misconfiguration on my part...
