Problem with vx4400

Just installed version 1.0.6, and am having problems uploading phone
info to my computer.

My phone book loaded OK, but don't seem able to get call history,
wallpapers and ringtones. I was able to do this before on another
computer with another version of bitpim, but when I try now I get this
"exception" dialog:

An unexpected exception has occurred.
