Problems compiling player docs

Hello
I’m trying to compile the doxygen documentation for player using the latest version from the subversion tree.  I found a scrap of documentation in the doc directory's README file saying that I should run “make doc”, but it didn’t work in that directory.
I was able to run it in the build directory.  (I also found that I had to run ccmake .. from the built directory to enable documentation.)

When I examine the resulting documentation in build/doc/player-docs, I find that the serveral pages are missing in the Developer section on the left: Interfaces, libplayererror, libplayerutils, libplayerxdr.

What is the proper procedure for generating the doxygen documentation in subversion?  Am I doing something wrong?

Also, the website does not seem to have the latest player version documentation.  http://playerstage.sourceforge.net/index.php?src=doc indicates the latest documentation to be either 2.1.0 or 2.1.1.

Thanks

Kevin Sikorski
