Problems concerning the opening of PSPP

Hi,

I have problems concerning PSPP.

Even if I can install it without any problems i am not able to open the file I have downloaded.

My operating system is Windows 2007 32 Bits. I tried to download PSPP from the follwing page http://pspp.awardspace.com/ but it didn't open the file.

I could see the following error message: PSPPIRE does not function. That's all.

I really need PSPP for my bachelor dissertation and would be very very thankful if someone might help me.
