Problems editing an issue type schemeI need your help to solve a big problem. I can't edit an Issue Type Scheme.
I used to do it without any problem, but after upgrading to jira 4 it seems that has broken. In details, whenever I try to edit a Scheme I get the error that you can see in the attachment. Even if I edit an existing scheme and I click on save without modifying it. Thans for your help. -- Post by mpavone - online at: http://forums.atlassian.com/thread.jspa?forumID=46&threadID=38575 _______________________________________________ Jira-user mailing list Jira-user@... Re: Problems editing an issue type schemeThat one looks very odd. Could you +attach+ your log file - ideally, just the bit from just before you click save through to when you get the error screen!

Re: Problems editing an issue type schemeWhat version of 4.0 are you on? There was a similar issue http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-19391 that was fixed in 4.01 where a user reported this problem when using Admin in a language other than English. I can't tell for sure from the screenshot, but if you are running in Spanish, try running in English as a workaround to see if that helps.
On that ticket Atlassian reproduces thus: Here are the following steps to reproduce: 1. Go to Administration -> Global Settings -> General Configuration page and change your default language to some other languages (not English). 2. Go to Administration -> Issue Settings -> Issue Types page and click on Issue Type Scheme. 3. Add/Create a new Issue Type Scheme 4. Save the changes 5. You will be getting such error: * (right above Scheme Name) Errors * You must select at least one option * (right above Default Issue Type) Your default option must be in the selected options -- Post by napplebaum - online at: http://forums.atlassian.com/thread.jspa?forumID=46&threadID=38575 _______________________________________________ Jira-user mailing list Jira-user@... Re: Problems editing an issue type schemeHmm, not finding those attachments too informative. Are you still having this problem, or did Neal's solution do the trick?

Re: Problems editing an issue type schemeSorry to all of you. I was very busy this days and right today I'm seeing your answers.
As someone said, it works if I change to english. I'm using the jira 4.0#466. Off course it is very uncomfortable to change the language every time I need to change a issue type scheme. Thank to everyone !!!
