Problems with Place lab on Vista

Hello,

I'm new with Place Lab .. and have been facing problems running the examples. I've installed the NDIS network protocol driver, but have not been able to run neither the ApViewer nor the WiFiSpotterExample.

What am I doing wrong? am I running the wrong OS?!!
