Procmail filters with Maildir and subfolders

Hi

if I create a subfolder under my Inbox called ilo and create a filter
with procmail to deliver all mail recieved from ilo@...
to the subfolder Inbox->Ilo  it does not work mail just goes to my Inbox.



What I can see  happening  under my Maildir the  subfolder gets
created as /home/ilo/Maildir /.INBOX.ilo


but procmail is trying to deliver the mail to the following folder
"$DEFAULT/.ilo/"

=== procmail snippet
* ^From:.*ilo@mydomain\.com
  "$DEFAULT/.ilo/"
===

are there any settings I should change within INGO to get this working..??
I have changed INGO that I am using maildir and not mailbox
