Project Wizard cannot find RoR gem

Hi,

I am using JRuby 1.3, NB 6.7RC1 on Vista and have set my GEM_HOME=c:\rubygems.



The Gem Manager of NB finds all my installed gems in the GEM_HOME but when I try to create a new RoR project the wizard insists that I have to install RoR and doesn't let me create the project. "Rails not found: rails"



Any hints?

Problem "solved" by reinstalling all my gems.

Something seems to have messed up my installation.
