Promo/Marketing meeting: please update techbase

Hi everybody,

as the sprint is approaching, I'd like to remind everybody to verify their
info in the wiki page.
First and foremost, please decide on the exact arrival and departure dates, as
this makes it easier for us to book the hotel. Also, if you know the exact
travel costs, please add them to the wiki as well.
