Proposal: move Clutter packaging to pkg-gnome

Hi,

At the moment the Clutter packaging is maintained in a svn repository on
OpenedHand servers.  This isn't exactly community friendly now that
Clutter is getting more widely used, so we thought we'd propose moving
the packaging to pkg-gnome.  Myself and Rob Bradford would be the
primary maintainers initially, but the packages will be team maintained.
This means that someone who understands Python and Perl packaging can do
a proper job at maintaining pyclutter and clutter-perl. :)

Comments?  If there are no serious objections then I should be able to
migrate the packaging this week.
