Proposal for Google Email Settings API client

Hi Zend/Gdata experts,

I'm new to Zend framework and Zend/Gdata. But I needed to use
Zend/Gdata with Email Settings API. So I've made it work (somehow) and
made a proposal. Please would you review it.
