Purged delete automatically

 I use Horde-Webmail 1.0.1 on a server with Qmail + Vpopmail



 My query is whether there is an option to purged automatically emails deleted?

Purge, no. But if you would use a recent version, you could use a  
virtual trash folder and empty that periodically.
