Push dwr RC1 to public maven repo?Hi DWR devs,
We use maven to manage our project, and prefer to use DWR RC1 in our project, but unfortunately we did not find RC1 has been pushed to the public repo, just found M1 which was shipped 1 year ago... Can anyone help with that? :-) Thanks! -Rex |

Re: Push dwr RC1 to public maven repo?Probably it will be RC2 if any. I know there's some people working on it

Re: Push dwr RC1 to public maven repo?We don't have access to a remote repository server that has rsync so we
cannot automatically sync up with the central repo. Doing this manually is time consuming and I apologize but it has not been a top priority. It is on the radar though. Re: Push dwr RC1 to public maven repo?So.. you also just wait someone from maven to pull the lastest dwr build into their repo?
besides, when will RC2 release? -Rex 2009/8/25 David Marginian <david@...> We don't have access to a remote repository server that has rsync so we cannot automatically sync up with the central repo. Re: Push dwr RC1 to public maven repo? No, that is the opposite of what I said. We do not want to go the
manual sync route which entails us creating an issue and Maven pushing the jar into the repo when they decide to. That is what we have done in the past and it is not the easiest or recommended approach. What we need to do is set up a remote repository with rsync which can be automatically synced with Maven central. Re: Push dwr RC1 to public maven repo?Update, I just spoke to the guys at the Dojo Foundation and they are setting us up with a VM on their servers which will allow us complete control. The plan is in the coming weeks we will be pushing our website as well as the demo apps to the VM. That will be followed by setting up a Maven Repo and setting up rsynch with central.

Re: Push dwr RC1 to public maven repo?Hi David,
Have you started set the rsynch up? We are expecting this:-) Regards! -Rex 2009/8/26 David Marginian <david@...> Update, I just spoke to the guys at the Dojo Foundation and they are setting us up with a VM on their servers which will allow us complete control. Re: Push dwr RC1 to public maven repo? No, but Dojo started setting up the server for us, it is not complete
yet. As I said before I will start by moving our site and the demos to the server followed by setting up a Maven repo. If things go well maybe we can have this set-up by next month but I can't make any promises. Rex Wang wrote: > Hi David, > > Have you started set the rsynch up?
