If you are going to use comeagain or greylist, you should probably also
be using one or more of the whitelist modules. whitelist_auth and
whitelist_relayclient are the two that are applicable in your specific
case. You probably also want to use whitelist_block since there are some
mail servers out there that will not retry if they get a temporary fail
the first time.

No, you don't. However, you do need to add 127.0.0.1 to smtpaccess,
making sure the RELAYCLIENT variable is set for that address. Make sure
you remember to run makesmtpaccess after doing this. Also, in
/etc/pythonfilter.conf, make sure that the whitelist modules are listed
before comeagain. You may want to place auto_whitelist before all of the
whitelist modules. That will whitelist addresses that authorized people
have sent mail to so they won't get snagged by comeagain. If you're not
using smtp auth though and just relying on the sendmail wrapper to send
mail, this won't do anything.
