QDvdAuthor and Qt4Hi all,
a general question about QDvdAuthor. Are there any plans to migrate to Qt4 complete? I wanted to port QDvdAuthor to OS/2 with Qt4. But i got a lot of problems because of old UI files. thanks for a answer and regards Silvan -- /Silvan Scherrer AROA Informatik AG Tel. +41 71 243 55 77 Fax +41 71 243 55 70 www.aroa.ch <http://www.aroa.ch> / ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Come build with us! Re: QDvdAuthor and Qt4Not at the moment.
I believe there was a port at some point to OS/2 but since I coul not install OS/2 on VirtualBox or VMWare I could not help out. So you should be able to compile the application with the Qt 3.x devel version and then QRender with Qt4.x If I remember correctly the issue was on the backend side. That is you need to have MPlayer in the path and accesible through the/a command line interface. Can you use bash ? If you want to invest the time and effort I am willing to help you out getting it to a certain point. From there on it is mostly an administrative project. Question, do you have ffmpeg, or xine libs, or VLC or MPlayer available ? Varol :) Silvan Scherrer wrote: > Hi all, > > a general question about QDvdAuthor.
