Question:Why is JBoss not a fully compatible Java EE5 applicaion server?

I often read the following:

"Please note that JBoss Application Server 4.0.4, even with its EJB 3.0 support, is not a fully compatible Java EE 5 application server."



Why is JBoss not a fully compatible Java EE5 applicaion server?
