Question on Boost test configuration for Huang-Vista-x86_32

I sent this to Sean directly, but am also sending it to the list in case
he is more responsive there.  Only two tests on his machines have
Expat-related configuration errors for BGL.

For your msvc-9.0 configuration, do you have Expat installed?  The
Boost.Graph tests seem to believe that you do, and then do not find the
header files.  Do you have any environment variables named EXPAT_* set? Do
you have anything in your Boost.Build or regression test configuration
that mentions Expat?  In particular, does your raw bjam output for
building Boost include a warning about GraphML support requiring Expat?
That warning should be emitted if the header files are not found.  Thank
you for your help in tracking down this regression test issue.

Repost to the list:

As you can see from the latest regression, the problem now is the lib name. Here is what in the bin direcotry of Expat 2.0.1:

libexpat.dll
libexpat.lib
libexpatMT.lib
libexpatw.dll
libexpatw.lib
libexpatwMT.lib
xmlwf.exe

The test looks for expat.lib. I could easily rename one of the libs but wanted the "right" solution that would work out-of-box without any tweaking.

Regards,

Sean
