Question regarding photosynthesis -- PSI & II
I am reposting this message for a librarian seeking information. Please reply here and directly to LTYLER@...

I have a researcher who thinks that there is either a specific calculation, a standard formula or  particular known quantity for the amount of power  ( or charge or energy )  that is transferred from Photosystem II to Photosystem I within a photosynthetic system of a plant or algae.
I have discovered many calculations for the process; I see a lot about the timing of the transfer but not the amount of transfer. Some articles deal with the percent of energy transferred from PS I to PS II or vise versa but don't give an actual measurement of the amount of charge transferred, just the percent. One paper seemed to reference it and seemed to make it look like it was a known quantity which makes us think we are making this too hard.
Any enlightenment your professors may provide for our understanding would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
Laura Ann Tyler, Research Librarian
