Questions about cflow

Hi,

I am newbie to cflow. I wonder if there is an example for using cflow with Makefiles for a project. I am trying to get function call tree for a software package. The "main" function is a subdirectory. Should I modify Makefile from top directory down to all subdirectories? Should the input file to cflow be the file with "main function"?
