QuickFix Initiator sends TestReqID in Heartbeat...

I am using QuickFix to connect to ICE. 

I have noticed that occasionally, my QuickFix Initiator sends TestReqID in the Heartbeat; ICE does not seem to want to respond and I get logged out.  This feature seems to only happen in the afternoons and not the mornings.

How do I turn off this feature?

Any TestReqID in the Heartbeat from ICE I have no trouble with.
