R1 oil level light?

R1 oil level light?

I've got an 5VY R1 ('06), baffled and breather mods done feeding to a catch tank. I get no oil in the catch tank, just a little condensation. It's also got an oil over fill as recommended by those in the know.

Now the problem. When running at constant mid revs (7-8000) on the motorway the oil level light comes on. Pressure remains good (70-80psi). Ease off and it goes out; push on to 9000+rpm and it goes out!

As the engine revs increase, the level drops but that doesn't account for it going back out at higher revs.

It's done 4500miles now and not blown up including one run at 90+mph (abroad) for 1 1/2 hour so...

Any theories?
