RADIUS V1.3 sending syslogs

I cannot get radius to send syslogs.  I'd prefer not to upgrade as this is
outside my responsibiity and that of the project.  Does anyone have V1.3
syslogging properly?  I've tried "syslog local5.info;" as well as "syslog
auth.info;" in the "channel default" stanza both with and without 'file
"radius.log";'

Yes, of course.

You should use either 'syslog' or 'file', not both.
