George at FMF, can you tell us the factory and typical aftermarket pipe
wall thickness? I know that you are on either or both the
Chassis/Engine lists?

Does anyone have one of the later model factory dirt bike Stainless
pipes or even one of the trick Ti pipes that come on some of the latest
MX bikes? Would be interesting to see what the Japanese factories are
using for wall thickness? In the past I have typically used .049" and
.065" wall for both street and dirt bike pipes in mild steel because it
is commonly available.
Burns shows their stainless bends at"
16ga - .065" - 1.65mm
18ga - .049" - 1.25mm
20ga - .035" - .89mm
Other suppliers may have the bends at thinner walls. I would be happy
with the 20ga stainless.

I heard, stainless steel for expansion chambers in 0.6mm (~.024") for
track and 1mm (~0.039") for street use no prob. Any other experiences
less than those numbers?
Any guess or experience for Inconel 625 , numbers seen down that link:
